Libby focuses her expertise with clients in the areas of Exit Planning, Interim C-Suite roles, Strategic Growth Planning, Human Resource Management (including team training and executive searches), and Operational Management for process optimization and efficiency.
Her strengths-based approach emphasizes understanding each client’s and community’s unique context to develop strategies and experiences that foster long-term engagement and growth. Libby’s strength in building relationships and inspiring teams shines through in the way she drives both efficiency and growth. She’s also a true team player—skilled at juggling multiple priorities and keeping everyone focused, grounded, and moving forward.
BEYOND THE OFFICE
Libby holds a Master of Arts in French from the University of Montana, along with teaching certifications in French, English, and History, plus a certification in Educational Leadership. She’s also a Certified Exit Planner and trained in adult learning and training design. A proud Montanan, born and raised, Libby values hard work and giving back to the community.
She lives in Missoula, Montana with her husband, Ron, and their two daughters, Amelia and Ruby. Outside of work, she loves reading, cooking, and hiking with her dogs to soak in Montana’s stunning scenery. When she can, she escapes to the family lake house on Flathead Lake for a bit of well-earned downtime.
