BEYOND THE OFFICE

Tracy holds an MBA from Boise State University and a bachelor's degree in business management and communication, along with professional certifications in Organizational Transformation and Business Analytics (PMI), Supply Chain Management (APICS), and Leadership (John Maxwell). She is known for her ability to connect data, people, and purpose, helping organizations navigate complexity with clarity, collaboration, and confidence. At the heart of her work is a deep appreciation for the creativity, resilience, and untapped potential in every person she meets.

Tracy grew up in the rugged Inland Northwest and now lives in Montana, where life flows with faith, family, and the kind of connections that turns a passing moment into something lasting. She finds energy in wide-open spaces and calm in the rhythm of the seasons. When she’s not working, she’s usually in motion with a Border Collie or two at her side, her husband Tim nearby, and time carved out for kids and extended family. Whether skiing, running wooded trails, hiking, water activities, exploring national parks, or jumping into a game night that quickly turns competitive, Tracy embraces every season. She’s known for her sharp wit and humor that cuts through tension, lightens the darkest of days, and reminds people joy still has a seat at the table. She thrives on real conversation and those rare sparks when people realize what they’re capable of. She truly believes courage and human resilience reveal themselves in every story, and that everyone’s story deserves to be heard, especially the ones still being written. Her compass is simple: look-up-and-out, up for grace and grounding, and out toward a future full of possibility.
